
Nestled in the heart of the Barossa Valley, Hart of the Barossa is a family-owned artisan winery established by vintners Alisa and Michael Hart. Their vineyard, planted in 1902, holds the distinction of being the oldest certified organic vineyard in the region. Visitors can experience a unique grape-to-glass wine tasting at the rustic Tasting Shed, built in the early 1900s and situated amidst the vineyard. The Tasting Shed is open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Additionally, the Glass Room hosts the monthly Friday Long Lunch, offering a five-course degustation paired with Hart of the Barossa's handcrafted wines.
