Established in 1983 by John and Ann Ellis, the winery has grown to become the region's largest family-owned establishment. Overlooking the iconic Hanging Rock and Mount Macedon, the cellar door provides stunning views. Visitors can enjoy complimentary wine tastings of over 20 varieties, including sparkling, pinot noir, chardonnay, and shiraz. Gourmet picnic platters featuring estate-grown beef are available, enhancing the experience. The winery also hosts the annual 'Art in the Vines' sculpture exhibition from October to April, showcasing works by local and international artists. Open daily from 10 am to 5 pm, except on Christmas Day and Good Friday.
