The rich broth is simmered for 39 hours using specially selected Australian pork bones, resulting in a mild, flavorful taste without any associated smell. Free from chemical seasonings and preservatives, the soup is rich in collagen, promoting skin health. Toppings include tender pork back ribs, slow-cooked with soy sauce and mirin until they melt in your mouth. The menu features four types of ramen, including the original pork noodle soup, miso-based, and spicy varieties.
