Gunning Wind Farm, located 70 km north-east of Canberra in New South Wales, comprises 31 wind turbines with a total capacity of 46.5 MW. Operational since May 2011, it generates enough clean energy to power approximately 36,000 homes annually, offsetting around 160,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year. The turbines are situated on the privately owned Walwa property, predominantly cleared pastoral land, which continues to be used for grazing. This project underscores ACCIONA's commitment to sustainable development and the fight against climate change.
