A short 10-minute walk from the car park on Burri Point Road leads to Burrewarra Point Lookout, offering breathtaking coastal headland views. This spot is ideal for land-based whale watching during the annual spring migration. The viewing platform provides vistas over Guerilla Bay and north toward Batemans Bay. Along the main walking track, visitors can explore the remains of a concrete bunker, a relic from a World War II radar station. Additional tracks through twisting Banksia forests lead to the headland, marked by a large maritime beacon. The area is part of the Batemans Marine Park and designated as Burrewarra Sanctuary Zone, making it an excellent location for whale spotting from September to November. Caution is advised near the unfenced cliff edges.
