Located at 30 Arthur Street in Tambo, Queensland, the Grassland Art Gallery is a modern, purpose-built facility that serves as the cultural hub of the town. Established in 2009, it is the only council-supported, climate-controlled gallery within a 300 km radius, extending from Longreach to Roma. The gallery features a 40-meter exhibition space with a rotating program showcasing local and regional artists across various media. Managed collaboratively by the Tambo Arts Council and the Blackall-Tambo Regional Council's Arts and Cultural Officer, it also offers a community workshop and meeting area, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
