Graham House Community Transport Services offers a range of transport options to eligible residents of the South Burnett region. Assistance is provided for activities such as shopping, banking, medical appointments, and social visits. The service also offers non-emergency medical transport for individuals with short-term conditions or frailty that prevent the use of conventional transport. Taxi vouchers are available for frail-aged individuals, people with disabilities, carers, and those with permanent moderate to severe disabilities. Social support services are provided in conjunction with transport to assist with everyday tasks. Volunteer drivers undergo regular training and hold current Queensland Transport Driver Authorisations. All volunteers are covered by Volunteer Insurance. For more information or to become a volunteer, contact Graham House Community Centre.
