Goulburn Weir, constructed between 1887 and 1891, is a historic structure spanning the Goulburn River near Nagambie, Victoria. As Australia's first major irrigation diversion, it forms Lake Nagambie, a venue for rowing regattas and waterskiing tournaments. The weir is 209 meters long and approximately 16 meters high, featuring advanced design elements for its era. It houses one of the first hydro-electric turbines in the Southern Hemisphere, supplying power for lifting and lighting.
