The Vestry, as it's affectionately known, exudes character with its warm wood fires, sparkling chandeliers, and an array of holy paraphernalia adorning the walls. Visitors are welcomed by the 'altar girls,' who provide engaging insights into the winery's history and its range of 'prayerodynamic' wines. Established in 2005 by Julie Barry, the winery exclusively grows red grapes, producing single-vineyard wines with higher alcohol content, aiming to enhance daily enjoyment and foster conviviality.
