Established in 1917, Glencoe CFS is a dedicated volunteer fire station located at 172 Glencoe West Road, Glencoe West, South Australia. Operating under the South Australian Country Fire Service, it serves the local community with a 4WD Isuzu FTS 139-260 general purpose appliance, equipped with a 3,000-litre water capacity and 20 litres of foam. The station responds to various emergencies, including grass and bushfires, vehicle accidents, and storm damage. Training sessions are held every Wednesday at 7:00 pm, welcoming new recruits interested in joining the team.
