
At Get Shucked, a locally owned oyster farm and bar on Bruny Island, guests enjoy freshly harvested, shucked, and plated oysters daily. The fully licensed Oyster Bar offers natural and cooked oysters, including the Signature Mixed Dozen featuring natural, Kilpatrick, and Panko-crusted varieties. Complementing the oysters are a selection of Tasmanian wines, beers, and ciders. The farm's pristine location in Great Bay ensures a rich, nutrient-filled environment for cultivating full-bodied, creamy-textured Pacific oysters. Open daily from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, with the kitchen closing at 3:45 pm. Closed on Christmas Day.
