Gate 11 Onkaparinga National Park

Gate 11, located at 612 Piggott Range Road in Onkaparinga Hills, serves as a primary access point to the Onkaparinga River National Park. This entrance provides access to the Sundews Trails, including the challenging Onkaparinga Gorge Hike, which offers a 6 km circuit through native vegetation, scenic lookouts, and steep descents into the gorge. The area is also known for its rich biodiversity, including native birds, koalas, kangaroos, and possums. Visitors can enjoy activities such as bushwalking, bird watching, and exploring heritage-listed huts from the 1880s.
