Nestled on Tasmania's Freycinet Peninsula, 6.5 kilometers west of Coles Bay, Freycinet Golf Club offers a challenging 9-hole, par 72 course designed by Bill Husband in 1993. The course features three par threes, three par fours, and three par fives, with slope ratings of 130 for men and 122 for women. As a community-run club, members contribute their time to maintain the course. Regular competitions include Ladies' Wednesday 18-hole events, Tuesday Chicken Run 9-hole games, and Saturday Pizza Run 9-hole rounds during summer months. The clubhouse, open daily from 12 pm, offers food and drinks. Self-contained camping facilities are available year-round for $20 per night. Green fees are $30 for 9 or 18 holes, with annual memberships at $375 for adults, $70 for 16-17-year-olds, and free for under 16s. The club is located at 1 Swanwick Road, Coles Bay.
