The Former Wollert Uniting Church, built in 1878, is a Carpenter Gothic-style timber building featuring distinctive lancet windows and timber cladding. After serving as a place of worship for over 120 years, it was relocated to Carome Homestead in Mernda in 2022 to preserve its historic and social value. The church is now available for community hire, accommodating group events, meetings, seminars, product launches, and art exhibitions for 20 to 50 people. It is managed by Working Heritage and situated within the Plenty Gorge Parklands.
