
The Flinders Island Aboriginal Association (FIAAI) is a community-driven organization dedicated to fostering a self-sufficient, healthy Aboriginal community on Flinders Island. Governed by an Aboriginal Board of Management elected by the community, FIAAI offers a range of services, including primary health and aged care, housing, youth services, and a statewide Tackling Smoking Project. The association also manages three business enterprises: Thule Farm, Freckles Cafe, and the local bakery. FIAAI is committed to promoting social, economic, and cultural pride within the community.
