Fitzroy Falls Lookout

An elevated boardwalk leads to Fitzroy Falls Lookout in Morton National Park, offering stunning views of the waterfall cascading over sandstone cliffs into the gorge below. The lookout is wheelchair-accessible and just 150 meters from the Fitzroy Falls Visitor Centre. From here, visitors can observe the water descending nearly 100 meters into Yarrunga Valley, with panoramic vistas extending towards Braidwood, Mount Scanzi, and Mount Carrialoo. The area is rich in birdlife, including lyrebirds and eastern whipbirds, making it a haven for birdwatching enthusiasts.
