The pristine beach is accessible via a 4WD track, inviting activities like fishing, surfing, and beachcombing. The area holds historical significance, having been a 19th-century whaling station, with remnants still visible on the eastern rocks. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum stay of 14 days. Please note, there is no mobile phone service at the campground; booking ahead is recommended. Fires are permitted except during Fire Danger Season and Total Fire Ban days; visitors must bring their own firewood.
