
Fiore Bread, nestled in McMahons Point, offers an authentic Italian-style bakery experience. Co-owned by Samantha Dean and former Iggy’s Bread baker Alberto Dal Bosco, the bakery specializes in sourdough loaves crafted from sustainable, heritage grains. Their daily selection includes varieties like wholemeal with walnuts and sweeter options featuring cacao and hazelnut. In addition to bread, Fiore serves sourdough brioche and a unique "wheel"—a cluster of panini rolls baked into a doughy disc. Sandwiches are made with fillings such as mortadella, LP’s salami with sharp Italian cheese, tomato, bocconcini, basil, or roasted eggplant. The bakery also offers specialty pantry items, including Ultra Culture hot sauces, Lulu’s Remedy chili oil, Mount Zero olives, and Olasagasti anchovies. The space retains original terrazzo floors and stained-glass windows, complemented by funky stools by Italian designer Martino Gamper, creating a charming atmosphere for patrons to enjoy their coffee and panini.
