Ferny Creek campground, nestled in Wallingat National Park, offers a secluded retreat accessible via 4WD or kayak from Cockatoo picnic area. The campground provides opportunities for fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, and picnicking. Wildlife such as sea eagles, osprey, wallabies, kangaroos, and echidnas are commonly spotted. Visitors can enjoy swimming in the creek and gathering around a campfire. Please note, the campground is currently closed due to a collapsed bridge on the access road.
