Established in 2003, the Falls Creek Alpine Association (FCAA) serves as the primary advocacy group for the not-for-profit sector at Falls Creek. Representing over 30% of the resort's accommodation beds, the FCAA acts as a voice for private lodge and apartment owners, as well as individual members, engaging with local resort management and state government agencies. The association's objectives include representing members' interests, distributing information from regulatory authorities, advocating on residential and land occupation matters, and facilitating member communication. The FCAA is actively involved in the Falls Creek Stakeholder Consultative Committee, collaborating with various stakeholders to address issues affecting the Falls Creek community.
