Located at 46 Station Street in Nundah, Espresso Train Café and Catering is a community-run establishment dedicated to providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and learning disabilities. As Australia's longest-running social enterprise café since 2003, it offers a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is invited to enjoy specialty espresso coffee, milkshakes, fresh juices, and a variety of wholesome, in-house made dishes. The menu features grab-and-go options like sandwiches and wraps, as well as sit-down meals including breakfast items, burgers, cakes, bakes, salads, and smoothies. Committed to sustainability, the café operates on solar power and actively participates in the Responsible Cafes movement, encouraging customers to bring reusable cups. Open Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm and Sunday from 6:30 am to 12:00 pm, Espresso Train also offers catering services for corporate and private events across Brisbane.
