Nestled in the picturesque Tambo River Valley of East Gippsland, Ensay Winery is a family-owned establishment offering a unique wine-tasting experience. Established in 1992, the winery produces a range of wines, including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sparkling Shiraz, all 100% grown, made, and sold on-site. Visitors can enjoy complimentary tastings at the rammed earth cellar door, open on weekends, public, and school holidays from 10 am to 5 pm, or by appointment. The vineyard employs eco-friendly practices, including using sheep to tend to the vines, avoiding herbicides.
