Emu Downs is a rural locality in South Australia's Mid North region, situated within the Regional Council of Goyder. Established in August 2000, it encompasses an area of approximately 86.5 square kilometers and is home to around 50 residents. The community is characterized by its agricultural landscape, with properties primarily dedicated to mixed farming. Notably, the Emu Downs Cemetery, located off Kotz Road, is maintained by the Russian Molokan Spiritual Christian Leapers & Jumpers Cemetery Inc.
