Nestled in the historic village of Emmaville, the Emmaville Mining Museum showcases over 4,000 mineral and gem specimens, including the renowned Curnow collection. Visitors can explore a replica blacksmith’s shop, an old wood-fired bakery, and a machinery shed filled with mining equipment. The museum also features a hessian-lined miner’s hut, a collection of over 400 photographs depicting the area's mining history, and a display of 1,500 bottles. Additionally, two large drawings illustrate the life of Chinese miners in the 1870s, highlighting their gardens and cultural life.
