Open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, EATALO also provides catering services with quality produce and authentic flavors. Managed by Chef John Thomas, born and raised in Umbria, the café continues to be a staple for morning coffee, pastries, breakfast, and lunch.
