The centre is wheelchair accessible and provides assistance with devices, email, internet browsing, and social media. Staff and volunteers also offer support for technology-related queries. Managed by the Far South Community Association Inc., the centre operates under the Digital Connections Grants program, aiming to enhance digital inclusion in the community. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm; closed on weekends.
