Devils Creek, WA

Built in 1957, Devil's Creek Hall is a simple, unadorned community hall located on the east side of the Mullewa-Mingenew Road, at the intersection with Devil's Creek Road. Constructed from rendered brick with a shallow pitched gable corrugated iron roof, the hall features skillion roofs over the front entry porch and rear kitchen. It has been a focal point for social and recreational events in the local community. Notably, the site also served as the location of the Kockatea School, which operated between 1930 and 1948.
