The spacious venue features a downstairs area with concrete floors, a private dining room, a pool table, and a view of the brewery. The upstairs mezzanine dining area provides a warm, moody space illuminated by festoon lighting, accommodating both small and large groups. The extensive menu includes small plates, wood-fired pizzas, hearty mains, and desserts, catering to various dietary needs. With 12 rotating taps, the brewery offers a selection of easy-drinking American and European-style beers, all named after islands off Tasmania's southern coast. Operating hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 4 pm, and Friday and Saturday from midday; closed on Sundays and Mondays.
