Deakin Reserve, located at the corner of Nixon and Harold Streets in Shepparton, is the region's premier sports facility, hosting Australian Rules Football, cricket, and netball matches. Established in 1877 and named in honor of statesman Alfred Deakin in 1949, the reserve has a rich history of community events, including the Shepparton Sports Carnival. The facility features a main oval with a digital scoreboard, seating for 2,000 spectators, and a total capacity of 15,000.
