Dawn Besley, an authorised civil marriage celebrant since 1995, offers personalised ceremonies in Safety Bay and surrounding areas. She has officiated at diverse venues, including live weddings at the Burswood Dome and a double wedding at the Bunbury Raceway. Dawn's commitment is to assist, guide, and orchestrate ceremonies that are appropriate and satisfying for all involved. She also provides support and advice throughout various life stages, including marriage, vow renewals, name-giving ceremonies, and funerals. Dawn was honoured with the title Mother of the Year in 1989 for her dedication to teaching teenagers life skills.
