Chef and owner Pepe Dart utilizes Jarrah wood to enhance flavors, focusing on quality local produce from Western Australia. The six-course degustation menu changes monthly, with two sittings at 5:45pm and 8pm from Wednesday to Saturday, and a three-course Sunday roast during winter. A midweek menu is available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The fully stocked bar features a curated cocktail list, and while most dietary requirements can be accommodated, certain restrictions may not be possible.
