The Daintree Ferry offers continuous vehicle and foot passenger access across the Daintree River, connecting the northern Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation with the rest of Far North Queensland. Operating daily from 5 am to midnight, the ferry provides a seamless link to this UNESCO World Heritage-listed region, renowned for its diverse flora and fauna. Tickets can be pre-purchased online or bought at the tollbooth on the southern side or onboard the ferry. During peak seasons, a priority lane for locals operates between 9 am and 4:30 pm.
