Located in a heritage-listed building constructed in 1896, the Cue Community Resource Centre at 72 Austin Street serves as the town's visitor centre, offering a range of services to both locals and visitors. The centre provides internet and computer access, printing and copying services, web conferencing, room hire, secretarial and desktop publishing services, and assistance with device issues. As the tourist information centre, it offers a variety of booklets and brochures on sites in Cue, such as the Cue Heritage Trail, Big Bell, and Walga Rock, plus brochures for most of Western Australia. The centre also offers a selection of books on Cue and the surrounding area, as well as souvenirs like t-shirts, stubby coolers, postcards, and bags. Additionally, the centre serves as a Services Australia Agent, providing free self-service facilities to help with government business, including access to myGov accounts and assistance with setting up digital services. The centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
