The CREB Track, a 71-kilometer 4WD trail, begins just north of Daintree Village and traverses the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest to Wujal Wujal. Originally constructed as a service access for the Cairns Regional Electricity Board, it is renowned for its steep ascents, descents, and multiple creek crossings. The track is suitable only for well-equipped 4WD vehicles and experienced drivers, as conditions can become treacherous after moderate rainfall. Travelers are advised to check local weather conditions, pack recovery gear, and travel in a convoy. Camping is permitted at Roaring Meg Falls, but visitors must obtain permission from the Burungu Aboriginal Corporation prior to accessing the area.
