The venue's design incorporates natural oak panelling and olive-hued velvets, complementing the original emerald stained-glass windows. As the first Australian hotel to feature Tea Forté, the café also offers an elegant High Tea Immersion menu with unique interpretations of globally renowned tea flavours. Open daily from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, reservations are not required.
