Cosham Wines is a family-owned vineyard nestled in Carmel's Bickley Valley, established between 1990 and 1995 on the site of a former orchard. The vineyard spans 2.2 hectares, cultivating varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. Operating organically, they avoid synthetic chemicals, using Dacron collars to protect vines from weevil infestations. The cellar door, located within the Carmel Tea Rooms, offers wine tastings complemented by local cheese and fruit platters. Open Friday to Sunday and public holidays from 10 am to 5 pm.
