Established in 1859, Corowa Pioneer Cemetery on Federation Avenue is the town's original burial ground. The earliest recorded interment is that of Andrew Hamilton Hume, nephew of explorer Hamilton Hume. A memorial wall honors those whose graves cannot be identified. The cemetery is now only used for burials with a reservation.
