Located along the Castlereagh Highway in Coonamble, the Showground is a central hub for community events and recreation. It offers a 96-hour RV parking area for fully self-contained vehicles and caravans, complete with dog-friendly facilities, drinking water, and toilets. While showers and power are not available, generators may be used. Donations can be made at the Information and Exhibition Centre. The Showground hosts the annual Coonamble Rodeo and Campdraft, a major event attracting around 1,000 competitors and 4,000 spectators.
