Located at 63 Cassilis Street in Coonabarabran, New South Wales, the Coonabarabran Uniting Church has its origins in the 1800s as part of the Methodist Church. After a period without a minister following World War I, the congregation re-established the Methodist presence in the town between 1928 and 1929, meeting in the Mechanics Institute until the church building was erected. The church is a member of the Assembly of Confessing Congregations and is known as "The Voice of God in the Warrumbungles."
