Constructed around 1870 for Daniel Connor, a pivotal figure in Toodyay's development, Connor's Cottage is a single-storey, painted brick building with a corrugated iron roof and an extensive verandah. Originally serving as a residence, it has also functioned as a bakery and restaurant. The cottage is situated on one of Connor's initial large landholdings, adjacent to Connor's Mill and Connor's House, both significant heritage sites in Toodyay. Today, the Toodyay Visitor Centre is located between Connor's Mill and Connor's Cottage, offering insights into the town's rich history.
