The Executive Chef crafts a seasonal menu highlighting fresh, local produce, complemented by an extensive selection of Clare Valley wines. Open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 pm until late, the restaurant provides a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Adjacent to the dining area, Conner's Bar features an open log fire and cozy tub chairs, ideal for pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap. Each morning, a country-style buffet breakfast is served, featuring hot cooked meals, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, pastries, and toast, along with a selection of juices, teas, and coffee. Weekday breakfast is available from 7:00 am to 9:30 am, and from 7:30 am to 10:00 am on weekends and public holidays.
