The Community Connection & Belonging Project, located at 560 Ipswich Road, Annerley, QLD 4103, is a collaborative initiative between Annerley Baptist Church, Community Plus+, and Brisbane City Council. It offers housing support by appointment every week, a Community Lunch on Mondays from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm (excluding public holidays), and Community Meetings following lunch. The project aims to create inclusive communities in Annerley, Moorooka, Rocklea, and Yeronga by connecting individuals with diverse life experiences. Community members are encouraged to join as Community Connectors to support those experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness.
