Coblinine is a rural locality in Western Australia's Great Southern region, situated within the Shire of Katanning. The area is renowned for the Coblinine Nature Reserve, which spans approximately 41.67 square kilometers along the Coblinine River. Established in 1908, this reserve is part of the Avon Wheatbelt bioregion and extends from Ewlyamartup to Dumbleyung Lake. The name "Coblinine" originates from the Koreng Noongar language, meaning "all of the stomach intestines and navel, river-like, are here sitting."
