Clare Valley parkrun

Clare Valley parkrun offers a free, weekly 5-kilometer event every Saturday at 8:00 am, welcoming participants of all ages and abilities. The course begins at the Clare Showgrounds, traversing a mix of gravel and trail paths through the picturesque Riesling Trail, surrounded by vineyards. After the run, participants gather at Clare Rise Bakery for a post-event coffee, fostering a strong sense of community. The event is entirely volunteer-organized, emphasizing inclusivity and enjoyment over competition. Registration is required before attending, and participants are encouraged to bring a scannable barcode for timing purposes.
