Located upstairs in the historic Clare Town Hall, the Clare Regional History Collection offers a comprehensive glimpse into the area's past. Established in 1984, this extensive archive includes church, school, and council records, photographs, newspapers, and publications detailing Clare and its surrounding villages. Notable holdings encompass The Northern Argus newspaper from 1869 to the present, church, school, and council records, a cemetery index, and an extensive library of books about Clare and the region. The collection is open to the public on Fridays from 1 PM to 4 PM.
