Clam Bay, located in The Keppels, Queensland, is a picturesque 2-kilometer-long bay featuring four distinct beaches. The first beach is a 200-meter-long pocket of south-facing high tide sand, fronted by a coral reef flat that extends 100 to 150 meters off the beach. The reef flat continues on past the main, 550-meter-long, sandy high tide beach, which is backed by a 10-meter-high foredune and a small sand flat. These beaches offer delightful swimming opportunities at high tide and are perfect for exploring the reefs at low tide.
