Chisholm's Restaurant, nestled within the historic Caves House at Jenolan Caves, offers a dining experience steeped in elegance and history. Designed in 1897 by Walter Liberty Vernon, the grand dining room was completed in 1926 by George McRae, the architect behind Sydney's Queen Victoria Building. As one of Australia's two remaining 'grand dining rooms', Chisholm's provides a unique ambiance that transports guests back in time. The Executive Chef's menu features a 2-course meal at $65 per person or a 3-course meal for $85 per person. Named after Miss Barbara Chisholm, who worked in Caves House until 1958, the restaurant is believed to be one of Jenolan's ghosts.
