Chef's Table, located on Level 2 of 228 Victoria Avenue in Chatswood, offers an ever-evolving dining experience with a rotating lineup of talented chefs from around the globe. Each residency brings unique culinary twists, blending tradition with innovation. Current offerings include Chef Takashi Yamamoto's Wagyu and Seafood Omakase, and Chef Tomoyuki Matsuya's Sushi Omakase. Reservations open on the 15th of each month for the following month.
