Located in the coastal town of Cervantes, the Cervantes Community Men's Shed is a vibrant hub where men of all ages come together to engage in various activities, fostering camaraderie and community spirit. Members participate in weaving colorful mats, baskets, and off-road recovery mats from recycled crayfish pot rope, contributing to environmental sustainability. The shed also offers woodworking and metalworking workshops, producing items for community members and undertaking local projects, such as the illuminated ANZAC Cenotaph at Memorial Park. Open to all, the shed provides a welcoming space for social interaction and skill development.
