Centennial Place, located at 31 Miles Street in Mount Isa, is a vibrant civic space that commemorates a century of the region's mining history. Designed to address the community's demand for accessible public spaces, it features green areas, shaded zones, and three separate container kitchens. This versatile venue is ideal for outdoor community events, including concerts, plays, group fitness sessions, meetings, parties, and wedding ceremonies and receptions. The facility offers air conditioning, disabled amenities and access, a kitchen, parking, a public address system, and toilets/showers. With a capacity of 500 to 999 people, Centennial Place operates daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
